was a great place for trip. liked my nice stay on our next visit north. the location of this hotel near magnificent views over paihia, and the bay of islands which is spectacular was marvellous. it also was in his sub-tropical garden. the staff was affable, they blew my mind.

Everything was great here, I would definitely choose to stay again next time I'm in the area as the location is fantastic, close to various attractions, the bay, and the river at the end of the road.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the fresh milk and coffee in the mini refrigerator to the thoughtful toiletries provided. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, with fantastic views overlooking the bay from the private patio. The breakfast served on the deck with a great view was the perfect start to our day.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made a great choice for my stay. The views were breathtaking and exactly as I had seen in the photographs. The breakfast was tailored to my liking, and I enjoyed every bite. Mike, the host, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and routes to take. The highlight for me was the spa bath, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. I had a wonderful time at Baywaterviews and would highly recommend it.

The hotel location was very convenient; close to all the activities we wanted to do during our stay. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed having it outside in the mornings. the hot tub was a great addition to our stay and really helped us relax.

That the hotel was a bit far from the town center, but this was not a major issue as we had a car.

This hotel was great for the places we wanted to visit. Its location was amazing, with blissful views from our front porch anytime of the day or night. The room was ginormous and equipped with everything to make our stay pleasant, including a super-king sized bed and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was beyond what we would expect - fresh juice, fruit, muesli, toast, eggs, and fresh coffee. just an amazing place to stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the comfy and spacious guesthouse with a beautiful jacuzzi outside the room. The views from the garden were breathtaking, especially during sunset and in the morning. Mike, our host, was amazing and showed us around the surrounding areas, giving us great tips on local attractions. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, situated just a few kilometers away from the main town. a wonderful experience!

Although the stay was great, there were a couple of things that could have been better. it would have been nice to have a rail on the wooden ladder/stairwell going up to the bedroom for safety purposes, especially when it's wet outside.

This hotel offers stunning views of the Bay of Islands from the private patio. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a very comfortable bed. The breakfast served on the sundeck is not only delicious but also provides exquisite views out towards the bay.

The breakfast provided was amazing and it added to the whole experience of celebrating Christmas at the hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect as it allowed us to explore the surrounding areas with ease. the room had a great view which made our mornings so much better.

One thing that was a little uncomfortable was the room temperature; an additional ceiling fan could have helped.
